You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. 9koi is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Security Tips: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your 9koi account settings for an extra layer of protection. Never share your password with anyone, including our CS team, who will never ask for it.
All transactions on 9koi are processed through the official payment methods available on the platform, including local bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), and QRIS. Deposits from sources whose ownership cannot be verified, or originating from third parties, will not be processed and will be returned.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. 9koi does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Minimum withdrawal limits and estimated processing times are listed on the platform's transaction page.
9koi periodically offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, cashback, free bets, and additional deposit bonuses. Each promotion carries its own specific terms and conditions, including rollover requirements (minimum wagering before a bonus can be withdrawn).

Bonus system abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, bonus arbitrage, or betting strategies designed to drain bonuses without genuine risk — is a serious violation. 9koi reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close any account found to have engaged in such practices.
All games on the 9koi platform — from online casino and Live Casino to bingo, sports betting, and e-sports — are operated under rules established for each game category. Full rules for each game type are available on the respective game page.
Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless a technical failure confirmed by 9koi has occurred. In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 9koi will resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable policy and provide appropriate compensation if necessary.

Note: 9koi employs an advanced detection system capable of identifying unusual activity patterns. 9koi's decisions regarding violations are final following an internal investigation.
9koi reserves the right to close or temporarily block a member's account at any time without prior notice if there is strong evidence of a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Members whose accounts are closed due to violations are not entitled to a refund of any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements.
Members who wish to close their own account may contact the 9koi support team. Any remaining balance after the verification process will be returned to the registered payment method within the specified timeframe, provided there are no outstanding verification or investigation processes.
A self-exclusion program is available for members who feel they need a break from gambling activity. Self-exclusion can be activated for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently via the account settings page or by contacting 9koi CS.
9koi provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We make every effort to ensure the highest possible uptime; however, scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may occur.
9koi is not liable for losses arising from:
9koi's total liability to members in all matters shall not exceed the amount of funds active in the member's account at the time the incident occurs.
9koi reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate action.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in 9koi's operational jurisdiction. Should any dispute arise that cannot be resolved through mutual discussion within 30 days of the dispute first being communicated, the parties agree to resolve it through the mechanism established under the applicable regulations.
If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this agreement while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
